Digital Printing is a modern printing method where designs are first printed onto a special transfer film and then heat-pressed onto the garment. Instead of printing directly onto fabric Digital Printing uses an adhesive powder and heat to bond the ink permanently to the material.

This process produces vivid, durable, and flexible prints that work well on a wide range of fabrics including cotton, polyester, blends, and even performance materials.

The Process

Printing the Design: The design is printed in reverse onto a clear film using special Digital Water based inks.

Applying Adhesive Powder: A fine, heat-activated adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink.

Curing: The film is gently heated to melt the adhesive, preparing it for transfer.

Heat Press Transfer: The design is pressed onto the garment with heat and pressure, permanently bonding the print to the fabric.

Peel & Finish: Once cooled, the film is peeled away, leaving a vibrant, detailed print on the garment.

Benefits of Digital Printing
