It’s waste ink Wednesday! 
To keep ink out of the waste stream Rusthead blends excess ink together to create a unique blend of our most popular/custom colors and bring you an amazing deal. 50qty white Gildan shirts printed 1 color (waste ink grey) 1 location for $3 per shirt*. Orders have to be placed, pre-designed and paid in full, by Friday 1/25/2019.

*Minimum orders will have a $20 screen fee, 100QTY or more (increments of 50 shirts) will have the screen fee waived. Sizes S-XL adult shirts white Gildan 2000 shirts only. Shipping or Delivery Extra.

All Over Dog Banandas

When a little print won’t do we can print over the entire item. Using a larger screen we printed from edge to edge of these dog bandanas to create a rep pattern that works on any size dog.

Have a design that requires a gradient?  We’ve got 2 solutions! For a unique individual look we can create a split well screen and allow colors to blend on screen or for a repeatable uniform look we can use halftones like we did on these Summer Rhapsody shirts.
